Our little town had a Street Festival, Farmer's Market, Car Show and BBQ Cookoff this past Saturday. Busy Saturday! So my friend and I decided to take my jewelry and her husband's drawings and set up a table to see what extra spending money we could earn. But before I went I expanded my Bottle Cap Necklace Collection to include some of the Twilight hunk images and the Lenoir City High School Mascot logo. I also took my latest creation of Glass Tile Pendants. I was amazed at the interest in the Bottle Caps. Grandparents were buying them for their grandchildren, teenagers were buying anything Twilight, and kids were buying my halloween Bottle Caps. Several Glass Tile Pendants sold too. I would post a picture of the High School Mascot Bottle Cap, but I will need to make more first.
Later this week, I will write a "tutorial" for creating your own Bottle Cap Necklaces and Glass Tile Pendants. If anyone is interested in purchasing Bottle Cap Necklaces for your local high school, to resell or give away, let me know. I will be glad to look into creating them for you.
I also posted pictures of the glass tiles (please excuse the poor photography, I haven't mastered that one yet!). There is a link for purchase too.

Bottle Cap Necklaces
Here is my newest idea - Bottle Cap Necklaces. It all started because my friend's daughter wanted something she could sell at school. Most kids were selling dmc floss bracelets for $1. Through my internet searching I found the cool idea of making Bottlecap Necklaces. They are so easy to make and are still unique in our area. Plus with all the holidays coming up, this is the perfect time to start! Many holiday designs to make for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and what wonderful Stocking Stuffers!
